Well, Last week my lady, our 2 boxers and I spent 3 days in Big Sur's Kirk Creek campgroung (nice ocean views at most campgrounds.) The weather was great for most of the trip, although it did start to rain early on Saturday....we still had a nice time, and did a bit of off pavement driving un Willow Creek Road.....pics attached.
During that trip I noticed that I need to:
1. Finish my roof rack (expand it to a 7 ft long) which I am working on at the moment.
2. Consider putting a power inverter to charge batteries, run accessories like plug the air mattress compressor, (does not have a 12V option...) Any recommendations...low cost etc.

I don't see any pics attached...

can't go too much wrong with the inverters at Costco. Got a smallish one (400W IIRC). Rarely used it, but yes batteries for GPS, flashlights etc are done every so often.
