I've been searching the forums and have found a few bits and pieces but nothing definitive on firewall grommet availability.

@cppilot sent me pages from a 65 parts book and it looks like there are a few original part #'s still available but it's hard to determine what's what. Here's a list I have from the parts book:

B - 90480-15007 (2)* NLA
E - 90480-46032 $5
"Wire loom"
G - 90480-01050 * NLA
I - 90480-19048 $2
"Accelerator/choke"
N - 90480-90301 $3
"Wire grommet"
*O - 90480-15007 * NLA
U - 90480-46033 (doesn't come up at all).

Anyone come up with a complete list and whats available beyond this for their restoration?

Or maybe point me in the right direction for where it's posted?

Thanks!

Dom, I'm not sure that there is any list compiled by anyone that I know of. When I did our restoration a good friend had a lot of the small bits a pieces that I needed so I can't just look at my lists....

I usually take or call with part numbers to Toyota from my parts books and I am suprised what is and isn't available. It's exhausting however....if I can help with more numbers let me know. You could compile a list and I could check for you as well. It seems that at my Dealership often...

Thanks Mark.

So looks like I need 5 that I can see.

#1- Grommet near brake pushrod/master...

#2- Three small grommets in center of firewall above the valve cover...

I don’t see anymore as I’ve eliminated the accelerator linkage hole. The heater was a port add on and those hack holes could probably use a couple generic grommets to help seal things up a little.

Dom @DomSmith (@cppilot ) - did you have to find 90480-01050? If so, did you find it or an oval grommet substitute somewhere? I can’t find one or a valid substitute, checked the alternatives like McMaster Carr, etc. The ‘65 parts book (😃👍) shows two, but my ‘63 just has the one on the passenger side, the drivers side is just a round hole so it was easy to find a substitute. Thanks. Paul (pinging JP @ClemsonCruiser also 😀)

Paul, is this the Grommet for the heater hoses ?

Hey Mark, no it’s the grommet for the firewall brace (if that’s what it’s called) that the wire harness passes through from one side to the other. My ‘65 does have two, one in each brace, the ‘63 has just the one on the passenger side brace - driver‘s side is a round hole.
