Probably right about spring being too soft. I was looking at slee 4" front and js on rear just tring to avoid all the suspention problems that usually come with suspention lifts that high and really dont want it that high.

but you are that high now .. with 4" overall and part time you don't need to worry that much about suspension stuff .. as much the basics, as shocks, brake lines, sway bars drops, caster ( can be solved with caster plates ) and front adjustable panhard .. avoiding the BF headache ..

Does FOR sell just the springs and will the be stink bugging cant stand that. Tapage not fully understanding your thread are you saying leave it alone or put another lift on it. With slee 4" and js that would put me at 7" on front and 6.5" on back just dont know if I want it that high. And all the drop brackets redoing caster again(already did ome bushings) lengthening panhard, brake lines possible dc shafts ect. just dont know if I want to do all that again, but hate the thought of buying new springs just to stay at height Im at now.

i believe they re saying get rid of your lift and go with springs. i have slee 4 " front and j rear and clear 37 relatively easy..

jabhb thats the lift I was looking at. Hows it ride did you have to put all the drop brackets on dc shafts ect. give me some more info. Thanks

i really enjoy the way it drives. i had a brain fart last night aha, i ve got iron man rear springs not j's ! geez.... but in all reality close to the same. i would recommend the setup though. it is nice. i ve got pro comp shocks too. im slowly doing the drop brackets, but my 80 has been lifted for about 5 months and havent done any drop brackets. although i did do landtank caster plates. i did lengthen my rear lca s to clear my 37s but im in the rocks ALOT.

if your springs look anything like my stock springs you d benefit from getting aftermarket springs. on an old 4runner i had it had a 3" bodylift (to clear motor swap) and after quite some time, from the leverage of the body lift, the body mount bolts started to pull through the body. not a good time.

Was thinking about js rear slee 4" front but not sure this would get the rake I want I like leavel to slightly high in front. Can anyone else chime in if your running this combo right now Im set up one inch higher in front than rear which is what I prefer just dont want to buy springs then have to add spacers to get it leavel.Hud to fenderflare is 25.75 front 23.25 rear now if this helps.

Could I jack this thread and get some pictures of your rear bumper? I like that one.

LOOKS GREAT!!!!

yoopercharged Ill try to get some pictures up (acually have to get my kid to do it Im a computer idiot) be a few days headed to illinois bow hunting so want have time for a while.

sweet. there's some big bucks there.

if all you do is drive down the street then leave it as it is-looks good low. But if you plan on wheeling at all then forget about spacers, body lifts, etc and get some lift springs. i ran js front and slees rear for a while. believe it or not your truck will feel more stable with a full set of lifted heavy slee springs than it will with stock springs. and go for a harder shock if it feels "loose". i ran ford f250 shocks on mine for a while and they felt good. i did a thread on the shocks

Dusty definatly wheel it Ive already got limb scratchs all over it makes me sick after fixing clear peeling on door and Quarter and buffing entire rig it looked brand new, but thats what I got it for. Bolted on some 38" tractor tires I had and went riding with buddy in samari with 37 boggers. This thing is a beast with the tractor tires in the swamps.
