Just cut 4.5" holes in the bumper. Get some 4 7/8 pipe and cut the right angle to go with the angle of the bumper. Simply weld it on from the back of the bumper and attach it. I then just drilled a hole for the PIAA's to attach the light inside.

Airlaird--can you repost the pics for this thread (or email them to me)? (BTW, your other threads about the bumper are missing pics too...) I would love to see how you did the lights in the bumper...
