What year is your 45? Everything points to it being 75' or newer except the split hood and hood bird.

Interesting! The steering wheel was moved but the wipers were left RHD.

Yup. Easier to move the steering ad get a good 69 steering box than getting a new windshield frame to sort the wipers. I could hunt for a new windshield frame but ive done that before for a few of my 40's and it's a pain.
