It's too bad about the ridiculous name. The name alone will turn a lot of people off the tire.
Definitely don't disregard some of the tires Canadian Tire carries. For example I bought the Goodyear Wrangler Territory from them (in 235/85/16 skinny), and have been VERY happy with them. Look at the reviews on their website and you'll see just how much they are liked: http://reviews.canadiantire.ca/9045...odyear-wrangler-territory-reviews/reviews.htm

Tires aren't "automotive jewelry" for gawd sakes! When will people get this....especially on trucks. Skulls and Flames??!! I bet they sell a lot of these in 22"- 24" versions. If the same distributers sold Affliction T-shirts, MMA gear and cheezy fake jewelry they'd do quite well.

Hey... I hear they wrap around rock and stick better with flames, even skulls make them work better, specially bob wire, like the tattoos you could get back in the day when Pam Anderson had one
So let me get this straight, some of you guys won't put this tire on your rig because......you don't like the name? They have barbed wire side bitters? Even though they have no bad reviews and actually are a good performing mud tire? They are a probably the best price for their performance too. So what I am seeing is that people are really worried about looks and not performance, sure if you can afford a better name brand 'D'rated tire on your cruiser (guess that really helps for all the heavy loads you probably carry), then I would get it too. I am not trying to start a pissing war, I just read this thread and its seemed ridiculous. I bought my HDJ81 on the island 2 years ago and the PO put a brand new set of 315's fierce attitudes before he sold it to me. I thought they looked like they were trying to be a tough tire. Well I have wheeled them through RiverShiver, Moab and all over BC and Alberta and never had a problem. They are really quiet on the road. I have put almost 40k on them and they still read over 80%. I have them just as a spare set now, but have a healthy respect for them. Rant over
