I have been looking for a few weeks for the part number for the clip that slides over the edge of the outer fender and allows the screw to thread throttle the holes in the inner fender and secure the tow halves together. I cannot find this part number anywhere, Any one know the part number? I circled what I am looking for in red below.

Have you tried 90467-11028. It looks like what I remember in the location you described. The nut clip in your photo looks to be all metal where as the one I listed above is a plastic clip containing a metal threaded insert and is an 80 series part number.

I did find a nut clip that looks more like your photo but it’s not an 80 series part number 90950-03041

So all I had found was the plastic one in all the parts diagrams. I was confused since mine on the drivers fender had these metal clips. I will order and hand full and see if they will work. Thanks for confirming that you had always seen the plastic ones. Maybe the PO changed these out for some reason.

I did a quick search for the -part number 90950-03041 and it comes back for the same task but on Land cruisers from 1985 to 1990 and lists engines 3B, 3FE, and BJ70. I might order and hand full of both and see if they both work. hanks again @baldilocks

If you're looking for the clips on the radius edge, they are 90467-11028; the OEM clips were plastic:

There are metal clips, on the lower edges; they are 90183-06016:

And on the forward edges, they're plastic; 90467-11038:

All three are available form dealer warehouse stock.

There are nuts on the flares, but they are furnished with the flares; you can't buy them separately. If you want them, you have to pry them off of broken flares; and epoxy them back onto yours.
Here's the EPC layout:

Note the inset diagrams; different years had different arrangements; they are interchangeable.
