I have not replaced the head gasket or water pump, Picked the truck up at 183k miles. Replaced the main seal when I got it. Interior is in good condition, front seats do have some cracks but no tears, I base lined all fluids, and have regularly serviced the vehicle, couldn't tell you what previous owners have done.
