We discussed going to Ralph's on the 23rd for a work/wheeling day.

UPDATE 2/19---DUE TO THE CRAPPY WEATHER THIS HAS BEEN WASHED OUT

edit: I'm all for paying for being able to wheel there, but aren't we sort of doing him a service helping keep the trails debris free?

we used to do it that way before he hired out the bulk of the work but now the work days are far and few between. He now tries to offset some of the expense with donations and trust me whatever we pay is a tiny fraction of his costs.

I more than likely wont make this, because that is the weekend before the little guy is suppose to make his arrival...:grinpimp:

I kind of figured you'd be on baby patrol for this one!!

If'n I don't hear from Ralph in the next day or so we might need a Plan B or just default to February given the amount of work needed to various rigs and not to mention all the rain we've had. Speaking of, even if we do get the green light if Ralph's becomes a soaked he could easily pull the plug at the last minute.

I'm in for work and wheelin'. Also for a Plan B if needed.

Finally heard back from Ralph. I'll update the first post as most people see that first but here's the short version:

Work day/Wheeling day granted pending piss poor weather, in other words could be postponed if it rains like a mo-fo next week. To-Do details yet to be provided but doesn't sound like a lot of heavy lifting, will have n update on this late next week. Bring a pair of work gloves and maybe a chainsaw or two, trash bags are always needed.

hope weather holds for weekend. My neighbor with the 80 wants to go. He (Steve) was down at ACC over weekend getting a quote on base-lining maintenance items before he lifts it and puts on a winch bumper, etc. I think we will have a new member...
