Any hidden gems or remote drive-up camp sites that you guys would recommend in Pike? I've camped a good bit along the north end of Rampart Range Road (north of Devil's Head), but would like to find some new (and preferably less populated) new areas where I can take my kids in the FJ40 and spend a night or two...

Take highway 24 up towards Leadville...there is a ton in that area well worth checking out. Halfmoon Creek up to the mines would be a great run...plus plenty of hiking around. Cottonwood Pass is in that area with lots of old mining towns, hiking and nice camping. If you need info on the San Juans...I know that area much better!
