Fan Clutch toasted can anyone weld it up?

Okay looks like the fan clutch is hooped on my HJ60. Anybody know how to weld one up or got a spare?

had one ten years ago that was fixed solid, and I'm pretty sure it had a bolt through it, but the details are looong gone and I couldn't find any info on a quick search ..

apparently you can take them apart and put in new fluid, there's a couple threads on it.

Thanks for the link. I'll also replace the thermostat at the same time. You never know.

Long story short its the thermostat. BTW toyota still sells the silicon that goes into the fan coupler $10 as opposed to $350 for the coupler. Thanks again
