I lost one nut holding on the fan clutch after a radiator replacement. Can’t seem to find a part # for the nuts. Does anyone have a detailed schematic that identifies them?

I had the same thing happen to me and I just took another nut off and went to the hardware store and matched it to an equivalent flanged nut. 4 years later and no problem.

It it's a 14 mm wrench, it's a M10x.1.25 thread; if it's a 12 mm wrench, it's a M8x1.25 thread; and if it's a 10 mm wrench, it's a M6x1.00 thread. As mentioned above any hardware store will have nuts/bolts of these thread patterns for sale. However, Toyota uses the JIS bolts, which have a smaller head than bolts you'll find at the hardware store (i.e., a generic M8x1.25 bolt in the US usually has a 13 mm head; M10x.1.25 often has a 15 mm head, while M6 are 10 mm in both standards). That being said. I have many generic/hardware store non-JIS nuts and bolts installed in my rig.

Since those nuts spin pretty fast on the fan clutch, it's possible mixing and matching JIS-and non-JIS nuts of slightly different weights could cause a slight vibration issue. If you can't find a nut of the same wrench size at the hardware store, I'd just replace all of them with hardware store nuts to keep the fan clutch balanced.

The OEM part number for the Lexus GX460 engine cooling fan clutch nut is 90178-A0024.
This is the standard flanged flange nut used by Toyota/Lexus to secure components along the cooling fan and pulley configuration for the 4.6L V8 engine.
