The factory jack that I received was pretty rusted so I ground off all the rust and am wanting to paint it to match the brown color of the original and the other tools. Anyone have a color code or match? I searched but didn't find it.

Have a look at an Agriculture paint with color Fiat Brown matches pretty close
If I felt so compelled, I would paint it hot pink so I could find it when its covered in mud on the trail, or when its dark and pouring rain on the side of the road.
That's why I had to read your thread. In a previousl life I worked in a shop doing restos on muscle cars down to proper chalk marks, restored tool kits, plated fasteners with correct markings etc. I thought maybe someone decided it's time to go there with their 80.I thought about using yellow or something like that to make it easier to see, but my OCD gets the best of me and I want it to match the original tools

My 80 is essentially stock as it sits - apart from adding an OEM CDL switch and extending the diff breathers and 33 inch tires there hasn't been much done to it other than maintenance. It didn't have the jack or tool kit which I picked up here on Mud. The tool kit is in great shape but the jack had a lot of rust on its base. I assume it had some salt exposure so I wire wheeled the rust off and want to paint it to match the other tools but am stuck until if find the paint match. It is painted black right now just to prevent oxidation of the exposed steel.
The best color match I could find for the Brown Jack is: Rustoleum, American Accents, Espresso, Smooth Satin Finish. Rustoleum Number is 215150. The color is very close to Factory. Think I got it at HD.
Or just go to a wrecking yard because nearly every one came with the same jacks
