If it's and 83 with a gas motor how is it smog exempt? Where is it from?

Awesome Land Troop carrier converted into a expedition vehicle this Landcruiser only has 87563 original miles. Ultra rare in the USA. FJ-45 Troop Carrier you might see a handfull of these in the USA but they will be right hand drive from Australlia. This one is smog exemp in California and all original Toyota 2F engine. Rare 1983 dash and choke light, factory original tools and glove box light, super rare Factory Toyota power steering, rare Limitted slip rear differential, warn winch, nice high power stereo and amp, interior heater with thermastat installed for cool camping nights. Tons of cargo storage on the top roof rack and interior wood bins. rear makes into a bed. Barely used look at the original seats and original rare factory toyota green paint, very little rust. comes with original split rim spare. This would be the perfect Baja surf exploration vehicle as surfboards will fit up top or in the rear. More details call Brian 760-672-7877 thanks

As I read it it says the dash and light choke are from 1983, but what do I know...
It actually does not state the manufacture date other than the date posted above....wow... cool !!

I take it the title is also wrong and lists it as a 73? If so, if you can fix the title it would probably make the sale go easier for someone outside CA since in the rest of the country at 25 years old that truck would not have to be grey.
