My 2011 Fj has 121k miles, and the check engine light came on this morning and gave me a code p0441.

P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
Last week my truck got 245 miles vs 290/300 out of the tank. I looked for the charcoal canister and it looks like it's mounted behind the gas tank (I'm used to seeing them on the wall in front of the cab so tell me if i'm wrong) There's nothing obviously wrong with it. All I can see is a rusted clamp on one of the lines but it's still on tight..
Could it just be a bad gas cap?
