Error free LASTFIT LED for inner tailgate brake light?

I bought LASTFIT LED bulbs for my inner rear tailgate that work great - only problem is they draw such little charge the truck thinks there are no bulbs and the error light is on. I was told there are error free CANBUS versions that won't set off the error light - is this true? Would these work? Anyone try this?

Update - these threw the error light. Returned them and bought different ones from Amazon that work great with no assembly and no dash light.

These worked with no dash light:
