x2 on what john smith said. And make sure your fuel line isn't kinked anywhere and it is 5/16" at least. If there is none in the sight glass when it quits, it HAS to be a supply issue. If all the lines are fine, it might be fuel pump time.
 
if you have bubles in the fuel delivered, i would suspect pinholes in the diafram.
rebuild or replace the pump. to check it i think the manuel lists a fuel delivery test (X amount of fuel, in Y time, at Z rpm)
side note: i have heard some people have trouble with the diafram pumps at altitude and replace them with electric ones.
