Looks like it might be running a bit lean overall.
#6 injector may be hanging open, causing too much fuel in the exhaust, so the O2 sensors are telling the computer to lean out, so the rest are starving for fuel, and #6 is fouling.
i bought another vehicle in case my skill fall short of everyone's advice and suggestions and tip. i can work on the LC on my leisure time and its not a crisis anymore. thanks everyone for advice and help, i shall refer back to this.
