Electrical Issue

I have a friend with a '95 4runner. A while back he called me and said he was stuck so I went and found out that he has a short that is blowing the ignition fuse. He took it to a shop and they told him the computer was bad. I just read a thread on yotatech where they said not too possible unless you used a hammer or dunked it. Does anyone have a wiring diagram to chase down the short?
