Editing User Name

Is there a way to change from Cap's to lower case on my user name?
Can the name under the Avatar be changed?

the notice under your username can be changed in your User CP, since you have the Silver Star

usernames are fixed - if I change one, I'll get requests to change dozens, so I don't change any

Woody - you mention you don't really want to do it cause you'll end up doing dozens of them... Can I volunteer as an admin/mod to just do username changes for you for the site? I work as a Linux Systems Admin by trade so I'm more than capable. I'll send ya my resume if ya need as well as some legit forum member references. Let me know whatcha think.
