i am getting 12v @ e1 to +B terminal on ECU
i am getting 0v @ e1 to +B1 terminal
i am getting 12v @ e1 to BATT terminal
i am getting 0v @ e1 to M-REL terminal
i am getting 0v @ e1 to IG SW terminal
i am getting 0v from +B1 terminal straight to ground
i am getting 0v from M-REL terminal straight to ground
i am getting 0v from IG SW terminal straight to ground
ECU throws code 14
truck turns over but will not start
CEL comes on with ignition
distr.....ok
igniter.....ok
brand new fusible link
master relay good
all fuses good....
BAD ECU?

Checked EFI relay and your fuel pump kicks on when you turn the key to start? Turn the key to start and wait a couple seconds...turn it off and wait a couple seconds... Repeat 3-4 times... Pull a spark plug and see if you get a good whiff of fuel. If not then chevy your MAF sensor, had a customer with a 92 Lexus a few years ago that somehow or another had a short in the MAF that made it a real pain in the rear to hunt down the problem and figure out why it was having issues. Hope it helps.

Did you ever fix the problem. I’m having the same issues.
