DVD/Entertainment Sound Issue

Hey folks- anyone ever have issue with their Bluetooth headphones while using the rear seat entertainment system? It’s a 2016 with the screens on front headreasts. I’d love for the kids to be able to use them on long trips but when sound is played through them they have an intermittent loud cracking that’s really annoying. I haven’t tried just plugging in their wired headphones yet- hoping it’s just a Bluetooth issue. Happens on both sides with both pairs....

They're not IR in the 16+? Do they run BT to allow for independent sound channels? I run cheapy aftermarket IR headsets in the 13 and no problemo.

Actually- I’m not sure! I just assumed they were Bluetooth. Aftermarket is a good idea though- where did you get yours and what does it take to program/pair them?

Amazon and zero programming for the IR. I'm guessing the IR sound protocol is universal.
