Main speaker in driver’s door has no sound. All other vehicle speakers work, including the two smaller speakers in driver’s door. Reading similar threads it seemed likely to be a broken wire in the harness where it passes from body to door.

-Pulled wiring harness from kick panel to door and wires are all good, including the two pink speaker wires.
-Checked continuity across the harness and it’s good.
-Tested speaker with multimeter = good.
-Swapped passenger and door speakers and it still didn’t work in drivers door.
-The diagnostic test on the nav screen shows the amplifier as OK.

Is it possible that the amplifier is bad in that single channel? Everything I’ve read about bad amps suggested that multiple speaker would be dead if it’s the amp.

Any suggestions on where to look next?

Vehicle was purchased used, unknown how long this speaker has been dead & if it was gradual loss or sudden.

Have the exact same problem with my 2003 LX. Following to see replies. I haven't troubleshat it at all yet though.

“troubleshat” may be my new favorite word 😂

It certainly describes how I’ve felt troubleshooting this so far.

Did you check continuity from the amp to the speaker? Continuity from the head unit to the amp? You could also cut and swap wires at the amp between left and right channels.
