Based on everyone’s input, I called the drive shaft shop to tell them they are crazy charging $1150
The guy said the lady that provided the quote made a mistake:
Retube front and shorten rear = $550
Two new drive shafts with longer splines (can accommodate a lift) = $600.
She added the two together.
Makes more sense.
