IS THE REAR AXLE STRONG ENOUGH OR IT WILL BREAK WITH THE PRESSURE OF DRIFTING ? i think it will need reinforcement

Welds look good so don't see it having any issues. For myself though being a bit hefty, I'd weld gussets either side of the centre beam and axle so it really keeps stiff and together...

Ya, you could gusset the main frame, and rear axle connection as well as the frame, head tube connection if your worried about it.
