There are various companies that sell greasable pins, ARB, Man-A-Fre, SOR. To name a few

Possibly better to use a solid bolt (not hollow pin), then find some ancient covered wagon axle grease (thick, thick, thick) and grease the bolts, sockets, and spring eyes. This grease (if you can find it) is so thick that it stays in the socket, does not gooooosh out like water, and since it totally fills all the interior space there is no room for dirt, sand, salt crapolla to enter.

I still have your shackle plates never been used
