I cut the front clip off and started from scratch. I ended up taking 26" of so out of the front. the light are KC daylighters right now but will be going to some sand buggy ones with high and low beams so I can drive it on the street again.

Nice it looks good. Are you going to go exo eventually? Was the old man using one of them wierd old stick welder thingies ;p . Cool truck. Don't forget to make cool little round drink holders in the bottom of the half doors :grinpimp:.

Nice rig!!! BOGGERS are so mean!

But arent the rear attack-angle more of a problem than the front? Why didnt you just move the front axle forward to get better attack angle? Or do you have something planned?

my old man was using his magic with a wire feed something or other miller or lincoln. He did alright for an old guy. I possibly will go to an exo soon. for I might just throw a sick incab cage in it. I don't really like any of the ones out there so I'd have to build it myself.

I'm not sure if you are asking if I dovetailed the front to gain approach angle. I didn't do it so much for that. I blew up a headlight after a rock broke off while going threw a v notch and didn't have anything else to do so I cut it up. The boggers are nice they are 38x15 boggers. I used to run 40" swampers. the boggers are too small. I'll probably groove the boggers for better performance also

attack angle? are you talking about the front approach angle? or the rear departure angle? I'm confused

I meant the front approach angle, and the rear departure angle. Sorry... (I`m norwegian, but here we say attack angle but i guess thats because there isnt an short and easy word for "forward approach angle")

But you answered my question, thanx. How happy are you with the boggers? Arent the sidewalls stiff on those, perhaps to stiff for a light truck?

(this isnt critisism, I actually am intereseted...;))

i'm not sure why you can't see this pic. i'll check on my other comp when i get home and see whats up. I'm also going to link the rear and chop it all up in the future. But the boggers are pretty good. I'm going to sipe and groove them to make them flex a little more. they work great in the dunes. we don't have mud out here in vegas but oh well. in my opinion the 38x15" boggers are a little small but i got a good deal on them so oh well. my bro used to run 39.5" boggers and loved them. They suck for road miles but thats not why i bought them
