Door Hinge worn out

On my 89 Runner my drivers side door hinge (upper) is worn out and squeaks when i hit bumps.. its also letting air into the cab, and water when i wash it..

E-bay has some Lower hinges, but i cant find a new upper for the life of me.. All the trucks at the junkyard are worn out worse than mine..

You do realize you can order just a hinge from your local dealer? They're not that expensive, IIRC.
