21st Annual Cruiser Days Show 'n' Shine!!

Where: Hougen Park, Abbotsford, B.C.
When: July 23, 2016, 10am to 3pm

Costs?: Coastal Cruiser Members are FREE to enter. Future members are $10/truck. Only Toyota Land Cruisers, Toyota 4X4's and member trucks are permitted. Sorry, this is a new park location for us, so we're not sure how many we can fit in.

There is parking in the park (limited) outside of the Show area (along the road) and walk-ins are FREE.

What's Happening?

Lunch is being catered by our own favorite chef, Robert! $10 for adults, $5 for kids under 12. Don't ask what it is, I have no idea, but it will be well worth the $10. Lunch will be served from 11:30 until 2pm, so don't be asking at 9am for something to eat! Great food takes time. There is a Tim's, McDees, Subway, etc at the Whatcom exit 5min away.

If you'd rather cook your own food, no problem, you can bring your BBQ to this park. Sorry no alcohol can be consumed in the park.

Raffle: We are raffling an ARB FRIDGE!

Camp Zajac Fundraiser: 50/50!

T-Shirts: $20 for members, $25 for future members! :)

Kids Scavenger hunt with prizes!

Don't forget your eze-ups, chairs, drinks (we'll have tons of bottled water on hand for FREE), games, etc. We'll park around the park perimeter which will leave the open field for activities.

If you are a Land Cruiser enthusiast, this is YOUR show!

There is likely an overnight wheeling and camping trip going to happen after the show. As per usual, our rec director will figure this out at the show, keep your ears peeled for details.

Phil will have the Audio tunes going as well.

Look forward to seeing you there! (We could use some help with setup, so if you're an early riser, I'll be there at 8:30)

Is there nearby parking for non-Toyota rigs (i.e. future Land Cruiser owners) - if so where.

In the park along the roadway that runs through the park.

Bug spray at this location depending on the day...just sayin.
Look forward to a chance to hang out and visit, if I can get my brakes to cooperate easily I'll throw a permit on the 55.

Just like my chances to buy a house, we keep going further and further east ;)
I should have the 40 in a condition to drive it and might have the time to pop by. I already missed one show, it would suck to miss the other.

I am coming down for this one -

Weather looks to be sun/cloud and highs to 27, so bring your hats and shade gear! :)

I'm coming over from the island. I have conversed on this forum with a few and would like to put a face to
names for a change. I'm bringing the 60 over, I washed it. Not too sure of the benefits of a shine ;)
So I can pay my $20 at the gate for a parking spot and a lunch then?
Looking forward to it. I'm going to make a little sign with my forum sig and leave it on the dash.
Sure would like it if anyone who has made comments or seen what I've been up to, say 'Hi'
cause I only know a couple of you. Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

I look forward to meeting you! Yeah, the shine is a bit tongue-in-cheek! Yes, you can pay for both at the gate if you like. I'll leave some lunch tickets at the entrance with the guys. I'll likely be at the T-shirt /raffle prize tent until about 10:30, I have to leave for a couple of hours to watch our daughter compete in the summer games but I'll be back later.

Holy crap boys! How far East can you get? Should have renewed my passport. If you hear the banjos a' playin, lock your doors!

Are you able to make it? I've got plans for even further east next year! :) (JK)

Well when we voted on the location, it was specifically noted that Sailor was not in attendance, so I think Lance said let's move it really far east so that $%^'er has to drive farther!

We will try to get there. Just unloading from Rock Creek trip and preparing for Nicola Lake next week...

Just remember Steiger- you live down wind of me and I have Just returned from Oliver with an enormous quantity of fresh fruit...

Got the keys today (and checked that they fit the locks!) I'll be there around 8 or 8:30 to set up if anyone is an early riser. I have to duck out from 10:30 to 12:30ish so I'll need some help selling tickets, shirts, etc.

we are trying to depart TTown before 8- see how we do...
