Dome light

The interior dome light in my truck doesn't work. I've only had the truck for a month and it wasn't working when i got it. I have checked the fuse and replaced the bulb but still no luck. Any suggestions......

Three postions to the switch on - off - and on with door open. Does it operate on the "on" position? If so, then I'd suspect the door switch. If not, then a power problem somewhere.

I agree with PAToyota, check the switch, also pull the assembly and check the plug; they tend to dry out and crack over time.
