if anyone has seen Roo at night at any gathering she normally has on a reflective light up harness. It has a Lipo battery in it.
The one she normally wears is a Large which was at the end of the adjustment to make it smaller. A little loose on her which is why I went ahead and ordered a medium to try . The colors can change, solid, flashing, etc. The LED system comes out and the harness is machine washable.
