Does your RTT suffer from...

The marine stuff is expensive, roughly $200 per bed. I paid $130 and we will get 3 beds out of it. This stuff has a woven fabric on the upper side, so the mattress never gets caught on the plastic, soft like kleenex. You should be able to see the material in the pics. Also there is no odor at all, has a 25-year guarantee (though not for this use) so is pretty much going to last as long as your RTT I would imagine.

Wonder if a sheet of coroplast would help with the moisture
That plastic that they use for signs looks like cardboard
Would allow air flow and act as a insulator
And you could get it for free at election time lol

I don't think that stuff is sturdy, bends and breaks fairly easily. Also I've only seen it in thin pieces and it doesn't actually allow air circulation under the mattress, because the mattres would lay on the outside of it, which is a solid sheet. So it would likely just create moisture between the mattress and the sheet.

It fits perfectly Pete, thanks. I ran some duct tape up the seam of the two sections to help hold them together. It looks like this will work quite well.
