Is this after a scan, not a DTC scan but a PID scan? That seems more like a generic, all the PIDs it's going to scan for list rather than a "i scanned for this and this is what i found list". Since according to the Techstream page in the other thread, a lot of those PIDs are not part of the data list for the HL Autolevel ECU. What does the screen before this look like (like the last screen shot i sent)? This is what I selected & got after the scan

So it seems my post yesterday did not go through. here it is again - is this right?!?Is this after a scan, not a DTC scan but a PID scan? If you've done everything properly, you should be able to set up a dashboard to list some of these PIDs and get values from them. If you are getting values for say Rr Height Sens Signal or +B, then you can be reasonably assured that the HL Autoleveling ECU is working.
I dont know.. seems like that at least checks out that the ECU is working. Wonder what “status of sensor initialization history” is. And why yours is only 50%. No idea what that value is for. Probably have to check the FsM.So it seems my post yesterday did not go through. here it is again - is this right?!?

Aghhhh. This is killing me. Got no clue on the 50% though. The deeper I go into this , the more I want it fixed! When I picked up the car, I was told , they scanned your car & the headlights work. Well, I went into great detail on the ecu, auto leveling , etc...., and told him specifically what id tried & what id done - but all they did was scan the headlights for codes. Left a message for the service manager to see if they can specifically check the auto leveling like ive asked the last times ive gone in. He's never called me back so iim guessing they dont wanna mess with it. The 2 service writers ive dealt with aren't even interested to this stuff - unless it's an easy plug and play issue.I dont know.. seems like that at least checks out that the ECU is working. In their defense, it does look like there isn’t a DTC, based on your output. OBD Fusion can most likely see all the values and DTCs, but certainly can’t do any of the tests. I do t think you will get much further without Techstream. Either that or going through and validating each value in OBD fusion?Aghhhh. This is killing me. Got no clue on the 50% though. Hoping maybe I get somewhere with dealer if they call back. Don’t want to alienate myself though in case I need them.In their defense, it does look like there isn’t a DTC, based on your output. Do you think the headlights are adjusting? Even if they aren’t doing the initialization at startup?
I read some other threads on different Toyota/Lexus vehicles where they said that if the lights were too far out of alignment they didn’t work, but then started again after manual adjustment. The descriptions of how far out of alignment were drastic, so not sure if it’s related.Hoping maybe I get somewhere with dealer if they call back. If I move the actuator arm under driver side rear axle, the lights move. Just no more dance on start up. Oh, and sometimes it does seem like I’m getting flashed by others. I have not measured headlight height to check them.
Maybe this weekend I’ll take a look at the positioning for the headlights. If they are off, I think it can’t be by much though or at all. I think the manual has the height info. Maybe I can manually move them and put them back to see if that makes something happen…..I read some other threads on different Toyota/Lexus vehicles where they said that if the lights were too far out of alignment they didn’t work, but then started again after manual adjustment. So I moved one of the headlights 3/4 turn horizontal and vertical out of adjustment and started the truck to see if that made the auto leveling start. No good. Maybe I didn’t move them enough or maybe it has no effect anyway. I was reluctant to mess with the adjustment too much.I read some other threads on different Toyota/Lexus vehicles where they said that if the lights were too far out of alignment they didn’t work, but then started again after manual adjustment.
