The _______ part of Texas.
Cleaning up my garage and stumbled upon these trailer lights and discovered that they fit in the bumperette holes as if they were made to go there.

They come in white, red and amber. I’m thinking either amber for running or red for brake but even independently wired white might be alright for some loy key area lighting?

Anyway, part number for these: C1534BCK

Thats a great pic, I have a bunch of those batts , is that a 12V ? If it is you hold onto stuff too long.....
Yup, 12v. Still have the impact and drill drivers, Great for the wife’s tool box and the batteries are perfect for testing random electrical components.

Dang, all my old 12v dewalts are the post style batt
This was their first generation LiOn. The little impact is a great around the house tool, hardly know it’s on your belt.

I took a dewalt dead 12 V battery pack apart and put the cord off a dead skill saw in it with battery clamps. That way I could run the drill on the truck battery. I mounted the drill carry box on the inner fender of the F150 - always have a working drill in that rig.

What’s cool too is that they kept the same charger slot for the newer and bigger batteries so this lil guy fits in all my current chargers.

MUD threads are funny. This one went from info on a cool light set up to a discussion about 12V batteries! 🤣
Yeah, noticed that. Reminds of a joke you told me this summer that I repurposed the other day:

I found out recently that tomatoes have the highest naturally occurring nicotine in a popular food, they’re just so hard to keep lit.

For context, Bob was talking about my kids.

Were we really talking about tomatoes and nicotine?
No, it was probably 4:19pm and ticking if you’re smelling what I’m smoking.
