Does anyone have esperience with these bucket seats?

I am thinking of replacing the bench seat in my 55 with bucket seats.

One of the options I am considering is the bucket seats and brackets that Iron Pig Off Road sells. Does anyone have experience with these that can tell me about their quality, fit etc...?

Any other advice I should be considering here?

there's quite a few threads between the 55 section and 40s and 60/80s even section if you type in Procar or Iron Pig seat in a search.

I have not seen any negative comments about them, other than the width being an issue if you're waist is wider.

I put the Procar sportsman seats in my pig, which are a cheaper version of the ones Iron Pig sells, and so far have been happy with them. I haven't had the pig on any long trip with them though.

When I first put buckets in my Pig, I found some nice Celica seats and had a bracket made for them. Then I saw an ad here for the IPOR bracket and some Corbeau (or something like that) buckets, and bought those. I liked the Celica buckets better. Still have that old seat bracket though...

I haven't used these seats but have seen a few installed in rigs. They look nice but for the price I'm not sure if its worth it. I found a pair of buckets from a saturn and built a bracket for them. They cost 30 bucks and couldn't be happier.

Like Pighead, I like car seats. They fit really nice on you and the width is good in a pig... not sure if that what you wanted but its my two cents.

If you have the cash, then by all means go for it. I think you'd be happy with the results. I didn't and bought some 2002 silverado seats. Didn't even need a bracket as they just bolted straight to the floor (had to cut out the bench seat brackets of course). It was a tight fit, but then again I just slapped them in there.

I've had the Corbeau's and SOR's bracket in mine for YEARS

I like them. You sit kinda high, though

I do need to replace the seats soon. They're seeing the effects of the summer sun
