Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

I have been running my AC alot more since the heat is up in NORCAL and have noticed this water drip. Does not look, smell, feel, like coolant. What can it be? And I truly hope it's not the heater core. Please help. It's an 03LX470, recently re charged my system with AC PRO. Thank you

The drain tube may be clogged, but you may also need to replace the foam seal at the bottom of the cover shown in your picture. It gets compressed and will eventually allow condensate to leak. Worn packing is shown in picture. To be clear this is not my picture, but I pulled it from my maintenance notes.

I removed/replaced the cabin filters last week and noticed a leak this weekend. It doesn't look like the seal is for the door itself.

The seal is in a channel at the bottom of the housing. You have to open the entire cover, not just the door for the filters. You can see the seal in the channel of the last picture from post #7 above.

Thanks. I keep thinking I'm done fixing little niggling complaints I have with the truck but I keep finding more.
