Does anybody have a picture of 84 rear runner brakes?

Does not matter if it is out of a book or whatever. When pulling my axles tonight I discovered when I pulled my drums I had springs and crap falling out:mad:.

So I am going to rebuild them entirely BEING every damn thing is a mess.

Thank you guys very much;) Been a big help up.

except for for a paticular mod:flipoff2:

Have you checked online for a FSM?

Would think that the later trucks share the same rear drums and just a different master cylinder/line set up. Don't know that for sure though.

Nope. The rear brakes totally changed in '86 with the IFS rear axle. Very different inside.

This is a good opportunity to get an entire IFS rear axle and upgrade.

Maybe so but with all the other stuff I need to buy and all the money I have already spent....it will need to wait:whoops:

Look carefully at the 84 FSM figures for the rear brakes. They show both the left and right sides to be the same, and they're not: they're mirror images.
