I don't think this is the same issue others have posted about vibration at idle that indicates new plugs or a tune up, as it's more of a slight deep tone droning sound when I am driving (2004 LX470) but come to a full stop only, like at a stop light, but if I slightly add throttle while keeping my foot on the brake it goes away with the slight RPM increase. This makes me think I may need the vibrational dampener, AKA frame weight, that many folks remove. No missing or stalling, and no drone at other times besides another right in the 45mph range, so to me it seems like a frequency issue. Thoughts?
Also I have seen the dampeners listed in classifieds in the past and even ebay but can't seem to find any at present. I appreciate any leads.

Also, why did they stop putting these on the rigs, did they do something to otherwise address the matter on later rigs that didn't come with the dampener?
