@CleggyZ28 , I just picked up a GX470 and I'm actually up in your neck of the woods, howdy neighbor!

Did I read somewhere there was an option to buy the conversion wire harness? I don't have the time right now to build one.
Unfortunately, we decided to not offer built harnesses due to liability concerns (though I might should revisit that with my friend who did the heavy lifting on the harness), but posted the links and files to DIY.

My harness is still holding up well, it all really depends on how well the non nav HVAC controls you source work with your build date. My GX470 Sport is a 11/04 carryover build so I had to try a couple until it worked.

Maybe it's all in my head but still kinda think the drivers side left vent doesn't quite feel the same speed as the rest and during winter the driver's side fogs more than the passenger side but I haven't felt like tearing into the heater blend doors and at this point it's working so I don't want to mess it up.

All that being said while I do appreciate how clean the non-nav conversion looks, the Teyes and the version Jake Foster used are good options as well. And truth be told, probably less expensive depending on what year your GX is, think the later models there's less non navs to source from.

I've had good luck sourcing non-nav HVAC controls from 24/7 Spares, but looks like he only has a 2003-2004 and a 2004-2005 unit
