Dirty throttle body?

My 2001 w/ 220k has RPM fluctuations while idling in drive or reverse. Along with the fluctuating Rpm, I can feel the front end shake/shudder momentarily. It seems to go away if I turn off the air conditioning. RPM fluctuations don’t really look bad when looking at the tachometer but i can definitely feel them. I would attach videos but I can’t seem to figure out how!

If you're unsure if it's been done, then cleaning the TB and MAF sensor would be a good place to start. Also depends on other maintenance - last plug change, air filter, LOF, etc.
