Dirty 30's

Hi, i know trail gear don't list the Dirty 30's as being for the lc70, but do they/can they be made to fit somehow?
i have got a hilux axle casing which i will use if i have too, but the LC axle i'm using is all custom fabbed with 3 link brackets and all new bearings etc and if i can avoid having to do it all over again to the hilux axle then i would be very interested in going that route!
basically originally i didn't think i would ever want the extra strength from the dirty 30's so i didn't see it would be a problem but now changed my mind!

Sorry forgot to mention originally, i'm in th UK and Longfields aren't readily available here. i've already bought the Dirty 30's because one way or another i will be using them, just hoping theres a way i can get them in the LC casing even if bits have to be swapped etc

I would compare birf sizes then and see if it will work

Have you looked into shipping the axles? Depending on soon there were to arrive it might be a reasonable rate. The simplicity to your answer has ought to cover some of those costs along with knowing that you are using something proven in an application that you don't want to muck about with twice.

Not all expenses are measured in dollar signs.

If its a 9.5" diff i "think" it will work, but please post your results so that its definitive.

I run the nitro birf in my Bj-74 with 35 inch boggers, locked front and rear. No problemo!
