Dirt Bike carrier on a 40 series

Has anyone thrown a dirt bike carrier on the back of a 40 series?
if so can it handle it? what was the weight ? what size bike
I wan to throw my Suzuki DR350 on a MC carrier and want to see who has done it.

Google says that bike is about 300# wet. And it will be cantilevered out like 2' , so you need to build it strong IMHO.

I’ve had a ktm 200 xcw on my bj42 quite a bit. 209ish pounds. Hitch is braced up. Took it fine. Wouldn’t want much more weight unless you gusseted it up to the frame a little more.

yeah I think im at that limit on weight 300lbs. with my DR350. thanks

I’ve thought about it but would really want a hitch that is well supported along the frame. Would not want to rely on the rear crossmember alone. I think a custom hitch solution would be needed

Yeah, just installing my Hollywood rack with three bikes on the 40 I see frame flex. can't imagine the flex with the DR on it. yeah I think some heavy support would help.
