Is that on the digital gauge, or on the OEM display above the head unit? Mine shows up on the gauge, but not on the center console display.
It's in the new digital gauge cluster.

It's in the new digital gauge cluster.
For clarification, what I'm asking is if the display in my picture is working for you. Ever since I installed the digital cluster. The display in my picture is stuck at 99.9 MPG.

Is there the same for you? As I understand, that particular setting gets its information from the digital cluster.

Yep, just realized it does not work anymore.
Finally took a long test drive.
The tach are are 33% slow. This is annoying. They need to fix this.

Updated post #3 for list of things that still needs work.

This gauge cluster is mostly shipped configured for 1GR 4.0L V6 and 1KD diesel. For some reason the tach reads 33% low. Like 1500 is actually 2250 RPM.

To update the tachometer to read correctly you need to:
  1. Go to settings
  2. Scroll down to Protocol Update
  3. Enter password 4321
  4. Scroll down to 1GR off
  5. Press OK
  6. Check the tach reading. Mine shows correctly after this step.
  7. Scroll down to return

Hmm, mine doesn't do anything when I click on the 1GR setting. Like it isn't editable or something. Do you also have 4 of the 1GR settings? Two say Off and two say On.

Also what controller did they send you? I didn't get one and had to find my own. The one shown in the vid I posted. But it's not great, the buttons down line up with the actions it performs on screen.

I've attached the App Version update they sent me. I got two files, one being Update.PKG, and the other is the bin file I screen shot before.

Couldn't get the file name to change to upload, but here is a link for it:

Seatbelt warning polarity was backward.
Need to update firmware.
  1. Need USB drive formatted to FAT32
  2. Put the new firmware into the USB drive.
  3. Plug to USB port of the dash
  4. Turn power to IG2
  5. Unplug the USB once the dash reboot.
Unfortunate cannot attach the BIN file here.
The second file attached is a bin file. Change the extention to bin once you download it to a USB drive.
Think you could upload the original bin file somewhere and link it? Something must've broke after I renamed it from .pdf to .bin. the cluster recognized the file but failed the Update, and then blanked out the display. The startup animation happens, but blank screen after that. Gonna retry my original bin file, hopefully it starts working again.

Edit: I was able to reload my .bin file and it came back up. Tried your bin file and again it failed. Still can't change the Protocol settings.

What's weird is that after the update failed, the screen would not turn off until I unplugged the wiring harness for the unit, even with the key out of the ignition. After the my update it acts normal and turns off with the key.
