I locked my center diff on N because the car was stopped and I'm parking on a steep driveway but it wasn't engaging, so while i have the brake pressed, i put it in R, from N and it engaged. Then i parked the car.

The car felt off when i pulled out of the driveway and realized about 20ft of driving, i forgot the cdiff was still locked so i put it in N then unlocked the cdiff, which it disengaged instantly, and drove away and it was back to normal.

I'm not sure if i did it correctly but it all worked out. This all happened on a paved surface.

  • You can engage your CDL while moving at low speeds while in DRIVE.
  • To operate 4LO, the vehicle must be stopped and in N.
  • To operate F/R Lockers, 4LO must be engaged and CDL locked. Vehicle can be moving at low speed to engage or disengage.

PRO TIP:
If you shut the vehicle off while in 4LO, MTS will NOT automatically turn on when you start the vehicle.

CDL can be switched in or out at speeds up to 100km/h.
Switching between 4H and 4L can only be done in Neutral.
Front and Rear diff locks can be switched in only when in 4L, and at speeds up to 8km/h. They should disengage automatically when put into 4H.
