If I'm spelling this right, Chelada. Clamato picante and a pinch of celery salt and a squirt of hot sauce and a sprinkle of pepper.
Hang some shrimp and lime wedges on the rim, and you have a morning after breakfast.
Red beer was a popular thing out gere in the 70's, not so much anymore. Kind of like Gray hounds ( grapefruit juice with vodka and salt) or Harvey Wallbangers.Being from the midwest, tomato-beer is also a somewhat regular thing for me. But I discovered its an anomaly in the west! Snappy Tom, Clamato, left-over 'kraut juice + lager gets somefaces a stirring

Growing up in Vegas during the late seventies, early eighties if you ordered a Greyhound it came with salt.IIRC, that would be a Salty Dog. Salt is the diff between a Greyhound a SD.

I don't really do desserts, but we made some of our watermelon salsa for the girls that live across the street a couple days ago. They returned our Gladware this evening, loaded with the best (non-psychadelic) brownies I have ever had.View attachment 1097499
