Anyone know how to decode the bottom two lines on the VIN tag in the engine compartment?

Obviously the Model line starts out with FJ60, but what does the LG-KA mean?

I know part of the bottom line too, C is color, by searching Mud I found that TR is the interior color, no idea what the A is, and TM is trans. So I read;

3F4 (Red), FB11 (Dark Grey), K052 (????), H42 (4-speed).

LG-KA

L-=Left hand Drive
G=G-pack
K= 4speed aut.
A=Usa/North America

KO52= Open diff

I doubt K=4Speed Aut. cos the H42 is a manual transmission.

The particular "A/TM" that you're looking at is your Axle/Transmission.

You're axle code is K052.

C/TR/A/TM = Color/ Trim/ Axle/Trans
3F4 =red
FB11=?
KO52 = (k=9.5", 05 = 3.70ratio, 2 =2 spider gears)
H42 = 4 speed (stick)

my wrong,

there's 3 options

K= 4 speed manual
M= 5 speed manual
P= 4 speed auto

Lots of good info, thanks. My only question, what is a G-pack?

G-pack is a code for the lux.level of interior

There is V,G,GX,and VX (Basic to Luxury)

Fb11 is a code for the fabric on the seats.
I have both FB11 and FQ11 in my cars.
In the EPC they are named as
FB11 = Black trim1
FQ11= Shadow gray trim1
Here's 2 Pictures to compare the differences.The dark one is the FB11.[/ATTACH]
