I just brought my 1HD-T 80 back from Japan to Canada and I have to get the DRL's figured out. Any help or advice on wiring up to the low beams would be greatly appreciated. We're not sure where the relays are.

Haha...Thanks..!! I think I can manage getting it sorted with a simple Bosch relay. Mine is a little different wiring wise than most mid year HDJ's. There is no small relay box near the air cleaner. Ya....the transition was perfectly flawless from shipping to customs to getting it on the road. I'll get some pics up when I get it all settled.Welcome back! My corners are just wired to be on all the time as the DRL. I don't remember what was done for that though.

This is the setup i used on my HDJ81 for wiring my daytime running lights. I can thank my dad for thinking this idea up. He also used this for wiring his hzj73 except he used his auxiliary lights as DRLS. So here we go. What you will need give or take. -some cheap wire -wire...
