MA - 40 ....Stands for MethAmphetamine 4x.. I am sure alot of that was involved in this old gravel pit racer before I got it . Here is day one of this project. The more I cut out the worse it gets!!~ Last pic is of the rear end thats going back in it.. If your into tradition stop following this post now. If not follow and watch me waste alot of money building a bad ass 4x dragster. Before you ask. Too far gone to restore to OEM..

Maybe I missed it, but will this be ran down an actual 1/8-1/4 mile track?
More for playing around on the street .. But yes It will go down a local 1/8 mile track. Ill prob start back 1/2ing for the 4 link next weekend. Then either a straight axle or mustang 2 frt ..then the cage. .. Never built a track rig before. Sure the cert process will throw me for a loop at 1st. I'll get it!! I am also sure (because already have them ) It will run some dirt drags on 20 inch paddles. I think with this rear end set up they may just tuck into stock fender openings!! Ones in the pics are 18.5.. I know a thing or 2 about building chassis.. To be honest the rock stuff has been 10 times harder . Than a good street/bracket car. Ill be happy for wheelies. can really care less about ets and 60 fters.

Good stuff. Drag racing was/is my first hobby, so I’m following for sure. Building a small tire 55’ Chevy post car currently.
