I believe the little dash plaque thing is nothing but a wakeup call for all of us to realize that this internet thing has brought a bunch of nations together with one common bond.

Ain't that the truth...The world is truely getting smaller and smaller, in many varied ways. This is campfire discussion fodder!

Well said on all counts Bruce.

I *like* this line of thinking. Gimme some ideas? I know some folks on the bod could maybe make some stuff happen;)

Dito what Chef said. It's supposed to be a fun thing.. Let''s make sure it's fun for everyone.. bring on the ideas!

Wouldn't it be easier to just invade and occupy Canada?

Next they're going to demand we publish a bilingual English/French TT.

.........we're coming to getcha! :grinpimp:

We've been trying to get you to do that for years Jim.

I figure we should be able to make a decent Margarita with the help of these guys and that Tequila Quickdraw I heard about at Rubithon.

One of my US customers who fancies himself a bit of a historion told me you boys invaded Canada in the 1800s.

We did our best and fended ya off.

Now Quebec thats another story..........

Do most people apply the dash plaque to the vehicle? Do people collect them? I am curios becuase honestly I tend to lose mine. I would rather have a sticker.
Could TLCA save any significant money by not doing dash plaques or is there a demand for them?

IMO, stickers are too temporary...they fade, get scratched off, ya repaint and can't remove them to save, bust a windshield and they get tossed, etc... (yes, I've experienced all of these....lol)

just re-applied my TLCA-1992 dash plaque....round and metal, easy to remove should I change trucks or repaint (again...lol) Used some 3M gorilla snot stuff....believe it's normally for trim and suck, but sticky and gooey and stringy and .....

put it on the glove box door....only one I'll likely keep on the rig.

Just got my renewal and dash plaque in mail.

WTF???
