my dash light's. the blinker and high beem dash lights stoped working today. I changed the insterment cluster and the lights don't work now are they liked to the cluster or do they sher a fuse.
it's a 74

Before changing out the cluster, fuses should have been checked first.

The other possibility is a short or maybe the fusible link (should be near the battery) went.

Check to make sure that you didn't accidently pull the ground wire off when you pulled the instrument cluster. And check for a blown fuse.

There are several fuses involved in the cluster. If it is just the lights, they should be on the same fuse as the running/parking lights but NOT the headlights.

If there are instruments not working too then I'd be checking your cluster wiring.
